From this standpoint, the idea of this book came, by presenting the impact of objectives on rulings and branches of jurisprudence in the view of previous jurists, then collecting from those separate branches a complex answer to this question with which it is possible to gather the method of jurists in basing rulings on objectives, and then he dealt with another question. It is the result of the question of basing the branches on the objectives and its fruit, which is the change of the ruling due to the change of its purpose, followed by consideration of the contemporaries’ answer to this question.
