Author name: New Afaq Publications Number of pages: 192 Book size: 17 x 24 Publishing house: Afaq al-Ma’rifa What are the factors and guidelines that affect the fate of the diligent person to base the jurisprudential ruling on the wisdom that this ruling targets, or on the apparent, controlling cause that is the premise of wisdom? Before that: What is the exact meaning of reason, wisdom, suspicion, reasoning, reasoning with wisdom, and reasoning with suspicion? Is the principle that rulings are explained by reasoning (reasons) and not by reasoning, as the fundamentalists have said? If so, what is the evidence for this principle and what is the legislative philosophy on which it is based? This book comes to answer these questions, and to emphasize the connection between the sciences of objectives and the principles of jurisprudence, by clarifying several factors mentioned by the fundamentalists - explicitly or implicitly - that affect the suspension of rulings, either by objectives and rulings, or by implications and reasons that the later scholars commonly expressed as reasons. Contemporaries have spoken a lot about reasoning based on wisdom, interest, and employing the objectives of Sharia law in deducing rulings. The author had a significant contribution to researching the issue of relating rulings to rulings, interests, and objectives. He wrote three studies in it with the intention of verifying the opinion on it and liberating its implications. Then he melted them together in this book, and they were combined in this way. These researches were combined in one regular context, some of which were separate from each other.
