“During adolescence, I was fond of reading mental health books, and the phrase I read in one of these books and which I have not forgotten until now is: (Be as you are); That is, do not pretend to be richer, smarter, more knowledgeable, pious, or better than you really are.
Of course, I do not claim that - in my long life - I adhered to the content of this phrase, but I believe that exercising the soul and training it on the content of this phrase is a useful means for mental health, and the first condition in that: trying to know the true self.
