One of the things that is required of the fundamentalist rule, and is a criterion for its validity and strength, is that it be necessitated by its legal branches, and necessitated by its individuals and details.
We often witness in the fundamentalist blog and elsewhere, deviations from this principle, and branches that contradict their principles. This raises a number of questions:
What is the meaning of this violation? What are its sections? What are its causes? To what extent can it influence the fundamentalist base? What are the criteria considered for each level of influence?
With a desire to answer these questions, and to fill a scientific gap that the researcher sees in this aspect, and to participate in serving the science of the principles of jurisprudence, and to deny any doubts and problems that might be brought to it, this research was conducted, which is entitled:
