As faith increases, it weakens as it weakens. The more fear, glorification, and certainty increase in the heart of the believer, the greater his submission, and the weaker his submission becomes. The contemporary Muslim is bombarded by waves of doubts and opposition from all sides, passing between his eyes, striking his ears, and struggling with his mind until they make him doubt everything, gather upon him everything that shifts his certainty, and open to his heart all outlets of confusion and doubts, including the symptoms and suspicions that weaken the degree of his submission. According to the legal text, it is easy for him to reject a legal ruling, interpret a text, or weaken a particular hadith due to many factors that put pressure on him and affect the outcome of his understanding of the text, even if he is sincere in following the evidence. These oppositions are so many, it is impossible to enumerate them, and the farther a person is from the text, the more oppositions he faces, and it is one of the trials with which God tests the believers. In this book, there is a treatment of the most prominent of these oppositions, and they are due to five of the major principles (the mind, understanding the text, and the reality that will be revealed to him). The text, the purposes of the text, the jurisprudential dispute), and these oppositions are characterized by their presence in the contemporary scene, even though many of them are considered ancient oppositions. In this book, there is a presentation of the features of submission in each of these principles, in which the obligatory method of submission becomes clear, then the phenomenon of deviation in these principles from submission to the legal text due to various oppositions and problems.
